Exploricon 5.5

Exploricon 5.5 is a one-day, game-filled extravaganza! It is being held on Saturday, June 9th, 2018 at the the Wyndham Garden Madison Fitchburg. There will be plenty of board games, RPGs, and of course, open gaming all day 9am – 10pm.

Outside food and drink are not allowed at this venue. All food must come from the catering or the hotel’s on-site restaurant. Sodas and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from the hotel. We will be offering catering for a late morning meal and a mid-afternoon meal. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available. Please let us know about your dietary restrictions when you register.

Food Package
The food package includes two meals as outlined below.
(Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.)

• Served at 10:30am
  Bagels and cream cheese and muffins.
• Served at 2pm
  Taco Bar:
  Seasoned ground beef, soft flour tortillas, crisp corn tortillas, Cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onions, sour cream, black olives and salsa. Served with refried beans, Spanish rice and tortilla chips.

All attendees of an Exploricon event agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Youth Tickets
Youth tickets are available for youths ages 15 and younger. Youths must be accompanied at all times by a paid adult attendee.
